What this covers

Design, build and launch, end to end, by one person.

Built around the work you actually do. A page for each service you want more of, and a page for each area you want to be found in — not one "Services" page listing everything in a paragraph. That's what makes you findable for "garden rooms Lewes" rather than competing nationally for a word you'll never win.

Your real projects, properly shown. Photography of jobs you've finished, with the detail a customer is looking for. No stock images of someone else's kitchen. If you don't have usable photos, I'll arrange a shoot — it's the single biggest lift most sites in this trade get.

Built to be contacted. Tap-to-call everywhere, an enquiry form that works on a phone, and — where it fits — quote request or booking flows that capture what you need before you ring back.

The technical fundamentals, not as an upsell. Fast on mobile, on-page SEO and GEO (optimising for search engine and AI-generated results) done properly, hosting and domain set up in your name, analytics connected before launch, and a handover session so you can change your own text and photos without ringing me.

You own all of it. The domain, the hosting, the code. Registered to you, transferable at any time, with no monthly fee holding it hostage. If you're currently on a Yell or GoDaddy plan, that is the difference worth understanding: you're renting something you'll never own.

Who it's for

Independent businesses where one new customer is worth several thousand pounds — kitchens and worktops, glazing, loft conversions, garden rooms, flooring, landscaping, and the trades around them. Either you've never had a proper site, or you have one that's slow, dated, or quietly losing you work.

Who it isn't for. Builds start at £2,500, so if that's beyond what makes sense right now, say so on the call and I'll point you at something smaller that helps — often a Website Rescue at £750 does more for a business than a new site would. I'd rather tell you that than sell you something you don't need.

How it works

We meet, in person where we can. I want to see the work, understand what you sell most of and what you want to sell more of, and hear what's gone wrong with websites before. Most of the useful information in a project comes out in that first hour.

You get a fixed-price proposal. Not a range. A number, with what's in it written down.

Then a scope document before anything is built. Every page, every feature, every integration, agreed in writing. This is the step most cheap builds skip, and it's why they end in arguments — nobody wrote down what "finished" meant.

A mockup, signed off before the full build. You see how it will actually look and work, and change your mind while changing your mind is free.

Then I build it against the spec and check my own work against that same document, line by line, before you ever see it.

A private preview link. You look at it properly, on your own phone, in your own time. Feedback, changes, re-check, repeat until it's right.

Then live. "Finished" means every page and function tested, responsive on real devices, SEO & GEO fundamentals in place, analytics connected. Not "the client said yes."

Timescales: Foundation builds take 2–3 weeks and Growth builds 3–5 weeks, from the first call. Bespoke work runs 5–8 weeks, mostly depending on how fast feedback comes back.

What it costs

Foundation — from £2,500. Up to 8 pages. A focused site for a business with one main service and one main area.

Growth — from £4,500. 8–15 pages, with service and area pages and proper enquiry or booking flows. Where most projects land.

Bespoke — over £8,000. Fully custom build, e-commerce, or integrations with the systems you already run.

Every build includes two months on the Grow plan, so the site is looked after, measured and improved from day one rather than handed over and forgotten. After two months it continues at £900/month, or you can stop.

Common additions: extra page £250 · service or area page set of five £900 · online ordering or e-commerce from £1,500 · booking system from £900 · copywriting £150 per page or £900 for the site · photography day from £650 · logo and brand basics £950 · migration off Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or Yell £450.

Payment: 50% to start, 50% on launch. Over £6,000, we split it into three.
